•  Go to the shipping tab on the UPS official website and select the schedule a pickup from the various         options provided there.

• On clicking you, will we see a form having six parts, fill all the parts carefully otherwise you will not be allowed   to proceed further.

• The first part of the form will have the questions related to the shipping label, answer all the questions mandatory to answer and move to the next part.
• The second part of the form will have all the questions related to the pickup locations like address, contact number timing, etc. and move to the next section.

• The third part of the package will have questions related to the package information such as the no of packages to pick up and weight of each package before moving to the next part of the form.

• The fourth part of the form will inquire about the date and time of the pickup. You need to fill the details as shown in below image.

• Next part will have the contacts details you need to give you contact details such as contact numbers, email address for contact purposes on or after the pickup of packages. You will get the confirmation of pickup and dispatch of your parcel on the provide contact details.

After filling the complete form. Click on the next button, and your pickup request is successfully submitted. Note down the pickup request number for future use.

Case 2

If you belong to the customers of case 2, then you need to follow the below mentioned steps to schedule a pickup for your parcel.

1. Visit UPS official website by clicking here.
2. Go to the shipping tab on the UPS official website and select the schedule a pickup from the various options provided there.
3. Select the payment method from the available options and proceeds to the next steps.
4. On successful payment you will we see a form having six parts, fill all the parts carefully otherwise you will not be allowed to proceed further.
5. The first part of the form will have the questions related to the shipping label, answer all the questions mandatory to answer and move to the next section.
6. The second part of the form will have all the questions related to the pickup locations like address, contact number timing, etc. and move to the next part.

If you don’t have My UPS account and belongs to the customers of case 3, then you need to follow the below mentioned steps to schedule a pickup for your parcel.

Track UPS Pickup Status:

Once you have scheduled the pickup for you, parcel next thing comes to your mind is how to track it. If you want to track your pickup request, then you can easily track online. Follow below mentioned steps to track your pickup request online.

• Visit UPS official website.
• Go to the shipping tab on the UPS official website and select the schedule a pickup from the various options provided there.
• From the left side, menu selects the “pickup request status”. Refer image for more clarity.

• On the next page, it will ask you for your pickup request number which you got on the time of scheduling your pickup. Fill pickup request number in the box provided and click on next button.

• A new page will open showing the tracking result of your scheduled pickup. Refer below image for more clarity.
• In case you want to see the UPS pickup history then click on the pickup history option on the official website. In history, you can see pickup request number and shipment date.

• If you have made any error while scheduling the pickup for your parcel, then you can make a change in it later by using modify UPS pickup request option.

Modify UPS pickup Request

2. Go to the shipping tab on the UPS official website and select the schedule a pickup from the various options provided there.
3. From the left side, menu selects the pickup request status. Refer image for more clarity.
4. On the next page, it will ask you for your pickup request number which you got on the time of scheduling your pickup. Fill pickup request number in the box provided and click on next button.
5. A new page will open showing the tracking result of your scheduled pickup. Select modify pickup option from there.
6. A new window will appear where you can edit all the information you need to change or update.

Note: You can modify pickup details before the pickup only.

Cancel UPS Pickup Request

UPS also provides facility to cancel your pickup request before pickup of your parcel. All you need to do is to visit UPS official website and follow some simple steps provided below.

1. Visit UPS official website.
2. Go to the shipping tab on the UPS official website and select the schedule a pickup from the various options provided there.
3. From the left side, menu selects the pickup request status. Refer image for more clarity.
4. On the next page, it will ask you for your pickup request number which you got on the time of scheduling your pickup. Fill pickup request number in the box provided and click on next button.
5. Then select the cancel pickup option for canceling your scheduled pickup.
